Ertha is my hairstylist with over six years of experience. She does a great job and never refuses her customers. She is respectful and professional.
I came in for a chrome heart style and the lady completely ruined the entire style. I understand that I didn’t have that much hair for the entire chrome heart itself but at least be honest and say if the style is too hard or she could’ve took out the braids and did normal cornrows.
Absolutely the WORST experience ever!!! I wish I could give negative stars. Had to get the police involved. They charged $30 to cut bangs on a wig and ended up ruining it instead. They laughed at me afterwards. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!
Horrible experience!! They took advantage of my panic attack, which they caused after messing up my hair! Had to fix it myself. Not only did they ruin my hair they charged me extra for it too. 0 out of 10. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Great salon! They’re really good at braiding, twisting, and cornrow hair. 100% recommended
