New First Class Nail

I have never had such a wonderful experience in my life. Missy took her time with me and made sure I liked every design. She’s very creative and artistic. My nails came out beautifully and she makes me want to actually keep up with getting my nails done. Thank you so much Missy.

Usually there is a wait and the service is not the cheapest, BUT THE QUALITY IS GOOD. I have done powder gel and was wearing it for 3 weeks with no problem! Very nice ppl work there

There is NOTHING first class about this place. I only went in to get a quick manicure because my go to was closed and it was a must. Went back for them to remove gel and I had a fungus. I've been getting my nails done since I was 6 and I've never had a fungus.. Avoid! Asked the lady to treat it and she laughed.

Not sure if it’s the general disdain many service spots have for black people or if it was particularly the employee who did not want to do my nails but this man was so unbothered. He didn’t look me in the eye or engage me in any way other than to switch from one hand to the other. He literally didn’t even bother to clean under my nails. I had to ask. Even down to lotioning my hands, I had to ask for more lotion because between my fingers were ashy. He only perked up when I left a tip. A 25% tip that was only left to prove a point. Treat people WELL. You are there to provide a service.

I been going to tina for a long time despite chipped paint on nails after 3 days. yesterday i went and she wasnt there 6pm next person thats alright is missy. She wad so rude and disrespectful." Im not doing u nail wait til tina come back.!!! And waved her and dismissively i call tina next day to tell her how rude missy was and she hangs up the phone. Im done!!!!
