New Holly spa Binghamton

Stopped in for a 90 minute session and had a wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in the atmosphere felt peaceful and inviting. Everything was very clean, calming and thoughtfully designed to help you truly relax. The staff was professional, kind and attentive, making sure I was comfortable the entire time. I left feeling refreshed, lighter and genuinely cared for. You can tell there is real heart behind this place. I will be definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

Excellent!! The spa is very clean and nice! I wasn’t rushed and left super relaxed! Price is very fair for the service they provide! Highly recommended!!!

Lucy is absolutely wonderful! She loves her work and it shows. She gives a great massage that gets all those kinks out and has a great smile and happy disposition. A+++ Massage! A+++ Masseuse! NOTE: For those complaining about tips. Please realize that the majority of the hourly fee goes to the business and not the masseuse. From a $70 hour the masseuse is lucky to see $30 of that. This isn't Europe where they pay a living wage and tips are not expected either. They only get paid for the massages they give too. They average about 3 customers in a 12 hour day. Do the math and ask yourself if you were doing that job what would be an appropriate tip. Don't be cheap!

She told me $60 for 1 hour. When my boyfriend got there she told him $60+40 tip minimum. When he told me... I called by the time I called and ask her why she didn't mentioned $40 tip is a must. She gave him back his money and told him go somewhere else after he was already undress and on the massage table.

Ths massage itself was fine, however the customer service was terrible. After a one hour massage, the massage therapist complained about my $15 tips. The massage therapist said to go to other places if I can't tip well. Well now I go to Knead Relief for better theraphy and customer service. Holly spa was one of them worst experiences at a spa in Binghamton.
