I purchased a package of three Morpheus 8 sessions on 6/9/25 for $1,200. My provider, Ray, was absolutely wonderful—professional, kind, and highly skilled. She made the experience very positive, and although I did not notice significant changes from the treatment itself, I truly appreciated her professionalism and care. Unfortunately, my experience with the injector, Anne, was extremely disappointing. In early July, I spent $360 on Jeuveau (“tox”) for my forehead, between the eyebrows, and for platysma bands in the neck—an area I had never treated before. The results were unsatisfactory. Unlike my previous experiences over the last two years with both Jeuveau and Botox, I was left with significant movement and no visible improvement in the neck. Morpheus 8 treatment. Yesterday I had a treatment here and bought a package of 3. I couldn’t be more happy with the young lady who did my service. I had this service at a plastic surgeons earlier this year and it truly disappointment me and they overcharged and took advantage of me. This clinic is honest and welcoming and they are there to make you feel your best. The treatment steps were explained and the treatment was very thorough unlike my last experience with another office. I got both my neck and face treated and the numbing creaming was so good I barely felt discomfort. I look forward to giving you my business and referring others to you. Thank you for the pleasant experience and knowledgeable esthetician who did my treatment!! I am excited to see results in the coming weeks.

First time experience at New Horizon for pregnancy belly casting. I was provided tips while scheduling my appointment to make this experience successful. The staff , Michelle was professional and friendly the moment I walked into the door. I will definitely be back for other spa services.

I was very happy with Bonnie the first couple times I went in. I feel after you spend money and I will say, after I spent more this time for botox, the quality and the results lesson. When I called to discuss, the front desk accused me of complaining. I felt cheated. I should have waited or took the time to speak with the manager. After being accused of complining not discussing concerns about my 4th service, now I feel the more you spend the less you get. Maybe they take your money and use less on you and use more on them. Very unprofessional for her to argue about the money spent and quality given. I do not recommend this place for all that alone. Denise is rude. Very rude. Kept arguing. I did nit call to argue. I was forced to tell her that I refuse to argue and had to hang up on her.

My experience with new horizon med spa is being excellent the front people are very friendly ,I see Michelle almost every month she is very professional, knows what she is doing , she is treating my face for melasma and I am very happy with the result so far .
