I have been coming here for years was always very happy had a great lady do my pedicure. They gave me jenny for my manicure. Had the worst experience ever! Very rough told her I am super sensitive to be careful she called me names continued being rough and nicked me really badly. Then was upset when I didn’t tip her.

This was the worst pedicure experience I hadve ever had. I walked in on a Tuesday afternoon and the place was dead, I should have known then. The pedicure area is gorgeous but the lady Jenny who did my pedicure was absolutely terrible. Basically.. I paid $30 for her to put nail polish on. She barely cleaned my cuticles and my feet were still rough . I asked her about callus remover and she said it was $10 extra ! Every other place I ever went to used that! Filed my toenail crooked like on a straight slant and tried to tell me it was my toe! I made her take the polish off and fix it and I was very upset but I paid and I left and I will never go back.

NEW KOKOMO IS THE BEST!!! I’ve been using this place for a couple years they are the best!!!!! Especially jenny!!! Every time I go I love how it comes out! Thank you for being the best place to go!!!❤️❤️

So friendly. Very happy with their service and with how my nails came out ! They gave me a gift since it was my first time there.

I made an appointment, jenny she was ready when I came in also added pedicure with Carolina,..awesome experience! perfect! pedicure in lavender sent ...!5* Jenny did a fantastic job with my gel manicure, my nails were a mess and she brought them back to life...definitely my new nail salon. 5* So clean and beautiful inside !
