Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. I have taken my child here multiple times before, and the haircut was completed successfully while I held my baby. There was never an issue. Today, despite my full cooperation, the owner showed a hostile, impatient attitude and handled the situation roughly, which caused my 1-year-old child to become frightened and distressed. This is not how a professional treats a baby or a parent. If you do not want to serve young children, then say so clearly and refuse politely. Do not take your frustration out on a toddler. A service business should provide care, patience, and basic respect—none of which were shown today. I strongly warn parents with young children to avoid this place. Absolutely terrible service. The hairstylist showed a bad attitude and treated me poorly over my Zelle payment. Extremely unprofessional. Do not recommend.

Such a nice woman. She's been cutting my boys hair for years. She always gives good clean cuts without the crazy prices you see lately.

Go at your own risk. I showed her both a photo and video of how I wanted my hair to look and she said she could do it. My hair was in a hair clip when I walked in, so I was expecting at least a water spray done. She immediately started cutting my hair without shampoo or even water spray... The middle section ended up being too long and awkward. I told her to cut that part so it's even with the rest, but she said it's because my hair's dented (from the hair clip)... so just comb down and it looks fine... I knew from that point if I argued with her and tried to get her to cut better it'd just look worse. She doesn't know what she's doing.

The haircut I got was bad she cut it shorter than I want it. It did not even look like the one I wanted. Along with the bad layers. She just butchered my hair up quickly like she does not care and I ended up with uneven layers.
