Terrible! He cut off a huge chunk of my nail, creating an ingrown nail and pain where it didn’t and never has existed!! I read about how some salons do this intentionally to get you coming back, and I hope that’s not what was happening. But I have never encountered a cut like this it and I am normally more choosy with my nail salons. I took a chance here, and I’m frustrated about this. I would not trust them with my nails! And if you go, do not let them cut down vertically, not at this salon. Their methods can create issues that did not exist. The gel nail polish I got is badly chipped after 4 days, it looks crazy. When applying polish, he added more polish directly on top of a Uv’d top coating of polish. Gel cannot properly cure this way. I am not coming back here.

The man did a great job but my nails was long my real nails. He used a metro card and took off my 1st nail and middle nail. I ask for dip to take off the fake nails. The end process is pretty cute. But I lost 2 nails. I will go back

Do not go here! I got my eyebrows done, and she didn’t even tell me that the treatment burned my skin. I didn’t notice until I got home because the burn was on the side of my face. She also took away the mirror too quickly, so I couldn’t properly check before leaving. I wear glasses and need more time to see details—at first glance, it looked fine, but she didn’t give me the chance to take a closer look.

My mother has used this nail salon for years and goes to the same nail tech. Her nails always look amazing. I've also visited a few times in the past and never had any issues. However, during my last visit, I had a very negative experience with the male worker, who I believe is the owner. I was questioning the price for the services I wanted with my nail tech, and he rudely interfered and started yelling at me. I couldn't believe it and definitely would've left. However, the tech has already started my nails, so I just let her finish. There are way too many nail spots in the area to be disrespected. Just like other reviewers mentioned, please get your price upfront. I won't be back!

They lie about the prices and charged more than what was on the price list and the nail tech even tried to tip herself by adding the tip into the total. I will never go back. I’ll be going to Philis Nails on Pitkin Ave from here on out bc she’s more professional.
