I wasn’t mad at my experience here. I walked in and everybody was lounging but they asked me what I wanted and assisted me right away. The place was clean but did look like a storage unit with all those boxes but the manicure didn’t take long and the technician listened to my instructions while giving very gentle. I noticed the sign on the wall that said “die at your own risk” and that made me chuckle but if Im in the area I would come back again just don’t die here. No stress. In and out. No complaints. Lastly what I did appreciate was they didn’t try to up-sale me on anything extra. I would recommend this place of business.

This nail salon might have one, maybe three, decent nail techs, but the overall experience is disappointing. The staff can be very passive-aggressive and show little to no loyalty to their regular clients. I went in today to book an appointment, and my nail tech told me it was first come, first served and that I would need to come back at 7 PM just to get my nails done. I’ve been going to her for a while now—Miss Lee, to be exact—and I’ve consistently supported her business. I tip well and even come in during slow times. Yet the one time they’re a little busy, I’m told to return hours later. After this experience, I won’t be returning to this salon again.

If you are an elderly person, this shop is not for you. They assume you want gel nails and don't ask if gel is what you want. I took my elderly (87 yrs) cousin here bc her regular shop at Walmart had moved to another location. This shop was closest to her home. I chose the $35 package for a pedi. I normally pay for her services as a treat, so I know what she normally gets. After the pedicure, I noticed the technician applying gel but I assumed bc they didn't ask...gel was the normal in this shop (who knew? I shouldve not assumed). Then another elderly walks into the shop and asked to have her gel (pedi) removed...that's all she wanted. They charged her $10. Anyways, when it's time for us to pay, my billed was $47. $12 more than package I chose. This shop is all about the money and they don

I used to go to this salon about 4-5 years ago. I went to the same lady for my pedicures each time I went in, until one day I went and she acted like she didn’t want to do my pedicure. She was with a customer already when I walked in and she said it would be 45 min, I said I’d wait. She then spoke to her coworker in their language and the lady she spoke to told me she said it would be an hour. Again, I said I didn’t mind waiting. She spoke in her language again and the lady told me she said it would be an 1 1/2. At that point I got the message, I left and never went back. I thought we had a good rapport, because we talked during my service and I would always tip her well. A friend of mine said they’d gotten better and told me to try it again and ask for a certain person. I went ag

I hate to beat a dead horse but i patronized this business as a last resort and while in a time crunch. I had a sns manicure and pedicure. Their attitudes were ok but they were rough and I felt like she didn’t give a thorough pedicure. I also had a light a color so I knew my nails would be visible. I asked for a third coat and neither of them gave me one. I’m so irritated because it’s for a wedding. I broke my big toe nail on my left foot but it wasn’t severe so I wanted to file and shape. She convinced me to get acrylic (never had it before). Well she did a very sloppy job. I don’t like it. The paint isn’t even, it’s rough if a rub my finger over it. The manicure was good except I didn’t get the 3rd layer.def not worth. $105
