New Nails

It’s very unfortunate how clients are treated here. I was unsatisfied with my pedicure and respectfully expressed my concerns, including being cut multiple times and experiencing burning from the chemicals used. Instead of addressing these issues, my concerns were dismissed, and unprofessional comments were made. The polish application was poorly done, and when I pointed this out, I felt ignored rather than helped. I simply wanted to communicate my dissatisfaction with the service, but my concerns were not taken seriously.

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE, the staff is so rude, and they are unsanitary I came in asking for a certain set of nails for a party, first thing i asked this man was CAN YOU DO THIS AND ARE YOU SURE THE SET WILL LOOK LIKE THE PIC and he says yes, starting off this man was putting a whole different color, I told him that shade was too pink and he started talking about me with the lady behind me, and then we get to the design of the nails, HE PAINTS THE FRENCH TIP ON TOP OF THESE BULKY UGLY UNEVEN NAILS. I told him to take it off cuz it was ugly and to just leave tje nails the tan color it was under, again he starts talking about me, and walks away for 10 minutes, at this point i am no longer wanting to do business here so when he comes baxk i tell him to take off the ugly nails he did

My total was 70$ 10 $ tip but I will not be back there so mean and talk to you crazy I just asked your name but look Other client got up I had to ask her to clean the chair and the bowl she came back with a dry towel so I saw 409 on the floor I went got it gave to her to clean the chair and the bowl since their is a comunicación gap I didn’t have to speak but I wasn’t asked abt the pedicure just gave me what you thought I wanted no drinks offered really rude an Jason did my nails couldn’t get the persons name that did my feet she couldn’t understand #health dept need to visit

I got my nails done here on Aug 22,2021 I took the nails off Sep 4,2021 because they was hurting so bad underneath. This nail shop do not clean their nail supplies and now I have fungus on my nails cause they don’t know how to clean properly! I would never In my life go back here & wouldn’t recommend anyone esle to go there.

I’m standing here and two people walked in without an appointment and got serviced before me. Horrible customer service I left to go elsewhere …I would avoid this place like the plague!
