New Nails Salon

I have been a customer of New Nails in Columbus, GA for well over a decade and this salon used to be my go-to place. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been very disappointing. Last June I received a full set that was done so poorly it had to be completely redone. After that visit, I had decided I would likely start going elsewhere. However, my husband recently purchased me a gift card here, so we decided to come in as a family. During this visit, my husband, our 7-year-old son, and I all received services. My husband paid for the wax pedicure, but the wax bag used was clearly too small for his feet. The technician even commented that it would work if his feet were smaller, but no attempt was made to correct the issue or provide the proper service he paid for. My son was left s

This is my first time writing a review anywhere. I'm very easy going. I've used this business in previous years on a regular basis. Today I took my 91 year old Military Veteran day to simply get his finger nails and toe nails trimmed, that's all we asked for. There where three in our group with him. We specifically suppose them all we want is to trim his fingernails and his toenails , and that was it. She said in front of all three of us , it would be $15 dollars. Everyone heard her quote the price. When we got ready to leave , we were charged $50.00.. that was a rip off of the highest order. We will never patronize that business again.

I met a girl at Ulta and overheard her talking about how she loved her nails she just got done. I was on my way to get them done and asked her where she went. It was a really nice salon, the tech was so good, my toes look amazing still 2 weeks later from a gel pedi. It’s my new spot in Columbus!

With a $50 gift card in hand, I took my two daughters (ages 8 and 11) to a local nail salon for a simple treat—gel polish with French tips on our hands and feet. We clearly stated our request: no extras, just gel polish with French tips.​ The service was as expected—nothing elaborate. But when it came time to pay, the bill was a staggering $350.​ I was floored. I've had our nails done before and have never encountered such exorbitant charges. This experience felt like a blatant overcharge. We will never return to that salon. Consider this a warning: always confirm pricing upfront to avoid being taken advantage of.​ We will NEVER go there again!

Overcharged me and my sister, we paid over $300 I would never send anybody here…. We didn’t get anything special. Ngl after we left we thought about calling the police. But honestly writing a review letting people know.. just fine
