New Nails & Spa

Went for the first time today and was very impressed. The staff was so kind and attentive. It felt like I had known them for forever. Dam was so sweet and made sure I loved my nails before I left. So happy to have found my new nail spot!

This review is long overdue- I moved to the area 2 years ago and stopped by as a walk in on a whim and have been coming ever since. The best customer service, always thorough and take their time, the vibe is always uplifting I never feel rushed or like I’m just another customer. They are like family here and I will never go anywhere else. Also I take my 11 year old and they are so sweet and accommodating.

So happy we found this place! The girls here are super sweet. Julie, Kelly and Farah were all so friendly and funny. My daughter and I had a great afternoon here getting manicures. The attention to detail and care was exceptional. We really enjoyed our conversations. We will be back and can’t imagine going anywhere where else. We highly recommend them!!

I just wanted to respond to Patricia Franklin post 18 hours ago. First of all, on what planet do you think you can get toes and nails done for you and your daughter for $65. Secondly, I've been going there for five years and NEVER once have I been overcharged or taken advantage of. Third, the children's pedicure chair Has always been immaculate and they pride themselves on sanitation. Fourth, you can clearly see the total on the credit card machine before and after tip. So you stating she gave herself a $20 tip is absurd. If you truly called the BBB, the department of health and Dora department of regulation you are a disgrace of a human being. We went here for pedicures on our girls afternoon. It was 2 adults and 2 kids. They were able to fit us in right away. Our nails turned out wonderful and the staff goes above and beyond. They only have one kids size chair so my older kiddo used the regular chair. They were so kind and patient with my 3 year old. She had to use the bathroom when the adults were in the middle of getting painted and massaged and they had no problem stopping so one of us could take her. Then when she messed up her polish from using the bathroom the one man stopped and redid them and someone else brought a snack for her because she was upset. Would definitely recommend this place whether you have a kid with you or not. Very good service.
