New Nails

In town for family emergency and she was able to take me right away for a manicure repair. Great job, talkative so time flew but best part was the price was half of what I normally pay. She really should charge more! The only drawbacks were cash only so had to leave and come back with cash and the interior (bathroom not working) could use some updating. If ever in Springfield again will definitely stop by to at least say "hello".

I called to set an appt. The lady was super rude and curt with me. It seems to be a one woman show. She wouldn't set an appt for me and she doesn't do gel manicure.

The owner is rude. I attempted to give business to this place because it is local, but was greeted with rudeness. I asked a question and received so much attitude. She needs to work on her people skills.
