Great experience overall! Pricing was reasonable and my acrylics came out beautiful. They were able to fit me in last minute before my retreat, which I really appreciated. The salon is clean, the music is relaxing, and everyone was so kind and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back in a few weeks for my fill and to try one of their spa pedicures! I also saw they’re under new ownership. Some reviews mention old gift certificates not being honored, but since it’s a completely new business, that’s understandable and really falls on the previous owner — not the new team but oh well…I loved my nails, give them a try at least lol 😚🤷🏻‍♀️

I had a great experience at this nail salon! The workers are so sweet and welcoming. They really help you choose your colors and make you feel comfortable. Ms. Lili is amazing — she takes her time and makes sure your nails look perfect. My nails came out beautiful, and within an hour of getting my new set I already received so many compliments! Best of luck to this new business. I can’t wait for my next set, and I’ll definitely be bringing my daughter with me next time.🦋

I decided to give New Start a try under the new ownership — I used to go when the previous owners were there, so I’ll admit I was a little skeptical at first. But I’m really glad I went back. I got a soak-off and a regular manicure, and Lilly did an amazing job. She was professional, gentle with my nails, and paid close attention to every detail. I love how they turned out. The prices are very reasonable, the staff is super friendly, and the whole experience felt welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I love the new owners! The place looks so much cleaner and feels very welcoming. I got a basic pedicure and even though it was the “basic,” it was sooo relaxing and left my feet feeling super moisturized. I was a walk-in while doing laundry next door and got my toes done while my clothes were washing, literally so convenient! I’ll definitely be back again soon!!!!

They did a very nice job on my nails. However, I had a gift certificate that was dated a few months before they took over the business. They refused to honor that certificate. If they bought the business from the previous owner, they should assume all of the debt and I believe it’s highly unethical that they refused to honor that debt. Even if it wasn’t their fault, a good business practice would be to provide a discount for my inconvenience, which they failed to do. Even though they did a nice job on my nails, I would be hard pressed to visit the store again because of their bad business practice. A good business person would’ve recognized the opportunity to work with me and possibly gained an unlimited number of future sales. Unfortunately, that’s their loss now.
