New Trendz Salon and Spa

I went to this salon because I am new to the area and it had great reviews. I asked Karen to cut off a few inches and add long layers. This is what I got, no layers and about an inch difference on each side of my hair with chunks that are longer than others and its cut like a box. Worst haircut I have ever had. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Also it is very dirty and cluttered.

My mom got me a groupon for christmas for this salon because I desperately needed my hair done so I went, despite having my normal hair girl, putting trust that she would do well since I had a paid giftcard. I told her I wanted a full head of highlights (bleach) to go blonder & that my usual girl always uses a toner after. Well this is what i got.. I had streaks & spots everywhere & also had terrible breakage on the back of my head from her letting the bleach process too long also. FINALLY saw my normal girl today, a month & a half later giving my hair a little time to heal from the bleach and i really cannot believe a professional did the before photo and that I looked like that for over a month. Never again. Do not recommend.

I used a Groupon . I asked for a long shag cut. I was given an amazing haircut. Very happy . Love my hair. Thank you! I will be back!

If you’re searching for a new salon/haircutter, stop looking now and just call Karen to make an appointment. You don’t have to look any further, she is the best. I’ve been particular about where I get my hair cut for a while and had been driving 35 minutes across WNY to have it done for some time now (simply because I trusted the person who did it and was nervous to try a new place). I cannot tell you how happy I am that I branched out to try Karen ;. My hair looks great, she gave me some pointers for styling, and she also gave me some of the best conversation I’ve had in a while. Thanks for everything, I am hoping to be back in soon!

Karen was absolutely amazing I've never had someone treat me as more than a customer but as a person. My hair looks and feels amazing not to mention the way she styled it!!!!
