The staff was very kind, but unfortunately the quality of the nail work was not good. I came in for a full set and the man doing my nails said they can only do simple designs. I asked for a French tip and he said that can be done. The work was not great. He was really open to feedback and was willing to fix the issues I pointed out, but the nails just never got to a point where they looked good. The final product was lumpy and uneven and the French tips were ugly. I went and got a fill immediately somewhere else. If you’re just looking for a very basic manicure, this salon may be fine, but I wouldn’t recommend it for anything beyond that.

I’ve been going there for a while and never had an issue with the guy that works there however I went last night i was extremely dissatisfied. I had gel fill done on my nails. They are so paper thin that I can bend each one of my nails. When I called to tell them of the problem, they said it was gonna cost more money to fix. I told him I’d be in at four to speak to him. I went there and they told me that they would not fix it unless I paid more and I said you’re gonna lose me as a customer and he said OK. So apparently they don’t care. Now I have to spend more money to go somewhere else to have them fixed. I will not be going back and will not be recommending them whatsoever

I went to another salon and got my nails done. A week later I had to get all of them fixed because the gel was lifting and the tips were breaking off. A week after a terrible repair attempt, 2 more nails broke. I did a Google search for best nail salon and found New Venus. The owner talked with me on the phone regarding my issue and scheduled me a same day appointment. He then placed me with a wonderful tech, Eva who was so amazing. Her attention to detail was extraordinary and she was able to fix everything! I am over the moon happy with how my nails came out! Photos do not do it justice!

When I say great experience, it is an understatement. I had a gel manicure and pedicure a couple of weeks ago in preparation for my best friends wedding. I received a nice back rub with my manicure but what made me more excited and what will have me coming back is the massage that comes with your pedicure (regular pedi) they took their time and gave a nice foot rub.

They did an okay job. They were nice however the nail techs seemed like they didn’t know how to hand design anything. Went in for gel manicure and pedicure. They did a good job for pedicures but the gel manicure wasn’t. I’ve had gel done for two years and never has my gel chipped this quick. Not sure if it was the products they used or application. I got my nails done on June 17 and 11 days these are the results. My sister asked for a design and the tech straight up told her she couldn’t do it (it was simple squiggles and nail tech should have been able to do it). Was disappointed because there are a lot of good reviews however I much would have rather payed more money and went to a different salon for the gel manicure to last. $70 (including tip) was thrown down the drain.
