New Wave Hair and Nails

My best friend and I went to get our nails done Dec 2023. My bf nails are all lifting. Today is Jan 2. All of mine popped off but 3 of them. The shape isn't what I asked for. Don't waste your time at this place. 1 star rating is being to generous.

I don't know if there is a more scandalous one than that. I can't wait to make an appointment at another salon and get rid of them.🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢

Went in for a ombre fill. I called earlier that morning to ask how much for ombre pink and white acrylic fill, they told me $20, I was going to make an appointment and she said just to come in because they're not busy. I waited for about 30-40 minutes when I got there and told her pink and white ombre again. When it was finally my turn I reminded her pink and white ombre and she began. I noticed she was using the tool to cut the white powder acrylic so I asked why she needed to with it being ombre and she said it's ok. So I let her continue. She then began to add the pink but not in ombre. I said this is not ombre showed her a photo, she said she will give me $5 off for the nails she did (which were fat, wide and too much white) I said take it off and she continued to work. I would not recommend this place especially if you book an appointment. They will accept walk-ins and make you wait 1 hour and treat you like garbage plus their manicures are substandard.

I've been coming here for almost 15 years now and this is the best salon in town as far as I'm concerned. I'm not into pedicures but if you are this place is awesome. So the they say after they get their pedicures it's always clean and the employees are great.
