I had such a great experience here! I got a shampoo and conditioner, wash, blowout, trim on my ends, and a flat iron, and everything came out amazing. My hair feels soft, healthy, and looks beautiful. The staff was friendly, professional, and really took their time to make sure I was happy with the results. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommend this salon to anyone looking for great service and gorgeous hair!

Went to get my hair blown out for a special occasion, and my hair turned out amazing! I have natural hair and there was no problem with my hair reverting back to its natural state. The staff was super friendly and nice!! I would recommend this place 💕 the price was very affordable tipped them an extra 20 for the price to come to $100

I take my 3 year old daughter and her hair stylist name is Fernanda and she is a five stair baby. She always makes my daughter look brand new and everyone compliments her hair always and I wouldn’t change her. My daughters hair has grown is small timing. We go every three weeks and I am beyond grateful for her

I had a deeply troubling and racially charged experience at New York Dominican Salon in NW DC that no Black woman should ever have to endure—especially not on Juneteenth. Fernanda, the stylist, refused to correct a hairstyle that was painfully tight and damaging to my hair. This wasn’t the first time. Just a month prior, she styled my hair so tightly that I had to pay $200 for just to have it taken down in under five days. I returned, giving her another chance, and once again, the style was unbearably tight, pulling at my scalp and endangering my hair’s health. I didn’t ask for a refund or discount—I simply requested that she loosen the style to prevent further harm. To my disbelief, Fernanda flatly refused to make any adjustments.
