New York Nails

I’m giving two stars because my nails have actually stayed on! I had a certain thing I wanted done! They were good to help me find the exact color I wanted. After that it just went downhill and I was super bummed about it! The guy that did my nails took an hour and they weren’t done perfectly how I am use to. Halfway through he either got a phone call or made a phone call and through the rest of my mani he was on FaceTime with someone. He only put clear polish on my left hand and not my right! As I read a review also they were charged 60 as well! I was told it was going to be $40 and I left a $5 tip and I just checked my card and there was $60 charged! I will not be going back to this nail salon again! The first two are of my nails and the last is what I asked for!

I believe this is my sixth visit, I’m so glad I gave them a try! The facility is clean, they have a great selection of colors, and all but one time I was able to be immediately seated for service. My gel manicures and pedicures are consistently amazing! I feel like I’m receiving actual nail care (my cuticles are nice and smooth & my nails are strong). Even when I needed to wait 4 weeks my gel remained intact! Wish I had taken other pictures but will upload my recent set from yesterday. Mrs. Holly is my go to but I have had a positive experience with others as well.

I had a great experience this morning at New York Nails. The customer service that I received from all (3) staff on duty was STELLAR. They offered me a bottle of water. The music choice was A+, I knew all the songs and the words. LOL. I received a pedicure and I truly felt like I was being pampered from the time I walked in the door to exiting out. The smile that greeted me as I entered felt very welcoming and appreciative. I came in with old acrylic on both of my big toes and the one next to it, and staff patiently removed it. Lastly, I came in with GEL press on nails that I wanted my toes to match. The first color I picked out turned out to not be the matching color as I had chosen. They had already polished one set of my toes, but they patiently removed the wrong color. Staff then went

I just recently went to New York Nails and I was so satisfied. I hadn't found a place here in Gainesville that I could rely on for quality or price but after visiting here, I found my favorite and I know I will be a regular here. Johnny did an amazing job repairing my acrylics and the staff was extremely friendly. Prices were very fair and quality was great. Overall, I'm so happy with the results!

Johnny was great!! Got a mani pedi today for my birthday. Very relaxing and great nails. I got my mani just a buff shine because I always chip nail polish. I have also gotten pedicures by different girls there in the past and it has always been great. It is busy usually but I think that is because they are awesome! And it's not too busy to be loud or anything.
