They have ruined my nails forever. I would absolutely not recommend this place. They will insult you and ruin your nails. If you care about your nails don't go to this place. The owner did my nails I stress the word WASTED $95 not a single nail is the same shape as the next and the owner takes no responsibility or even fixes them. By far the worst customer service and the worst nails I have ever done in my life. I have had nails for years and not once have I ever had problems like this. Girls that were sitting there waiting saw my nails and left. The owner was rude and so horrible at her job. Be warned ladies if you value your money do not waste it or your time with these people Cost me more than my money. Headache to deal with, feel bad for her employees.

I recently had the most wonderful experience at New york nails & spa. and I can't recommend it highly enough! I decided to treat myself to a facial, back massage, and a manicure/pedicure, and I can honestly say it was one of the best spa days I've ever had :) The facial was tailored to my skin's needs, my skin has never felt so refreshed and radiant! Next up was the back massage, which was pure bliss. It felt heavenly exactly what I needed to unwind and relax. It is the best place to be during holiday season!
