I consulted with her for a color service (I gave her so many Pinterest inspo) and she understood the assignment- she will also be honest and let you know what will look the best for you! She cares about her customers and will make sure you leave LOVING your hair. She’s also so incredibly patient with my thick hair even if it will take 5 hours to do a full head of highlights/lowlights. 10/10 BOOK WITH HANNIA!!

I’ve been going to Rachel for about a year now and each time I leave my appointment glowing because she’s so passionate which transforms to incredible work. Not only has my hair never been more beautiful, but it’s really healthy too thanks to her knowledge and direction. From the bang trims, to the highlights, she’s just the best.

I went to New York New York Salon for the first time today, it is a beautiful salon and I had a wonderful experience! I went in for cut and color, my stylist was Jill. She was amazing! She’s currently still in training but she listened to my concerns about my hair (how to protect it and keep the color fresh), was fun and friendly, she asked what I was looking to do today and gave me some of her own suggestions. I like more fun hair colors but ones that are toned down enough to be suitable for work. The color she mixed (red & purple) turned out beautifully! She had the skills to cut my hair into an angeled bob with undercut and that also turned out great! I definitely enjoyed my “me” time today and will be returning, to see Jill again in 6 weeks!

NY NY is my favorite salon in town. The staff & service is great and they all take care of you well. Everyone is warm, polite and definitely gives you that elevated experience. Shout out to Ryan, he’s wonderful with hair. He listens, advises and executes as expected. He knows his art and does it with passion. 10/10 overall!

I recently to moved to this area from Howard County, and went to NYNY looking for a new permanent stylist. FYI, I have been professionally coloring my roots and highlighting my hair for over 30 years, and have been loyal to my past stylists for years ( and 2 for a decade each!), due to their fantastic customer service and care of my hair. I don’t mind paying hundreds of dollars for my hair each month, both because I value the quality of a professional job and because it is what I have been doing for more than 30 years.
