I wish I could give 1 star! Terrible! I got s birthday gift voucher for massage and manicure. I didn’t bring anything with myself and just wanted to enjoy my gift. At the end the manager held my parking validation as a hostage to get tip! I was so embarrassed not to have anything with me and they put me in the corner and investigating me why I don’t have apple pay ,Zelle, cash or paypal or anything else to give them? And during manicure they were really pushing hard to sell me different services so I felt terrible why I came here?!very uncomfortable! They told me ;”you don’t know you have to pay tip?”Really??This is how you treat people and forcing them to tip you?! It really reminds me the thief in the neck!
