went in last Wednesday evening to get my nails done, and overall the service was just okay. I originally picked a chrome color, but was told they didn’t have it. I picked a second chrome and was told they didn’t have that one either. They then tried to push a silver/white chrome on me—even though it didn’t match my skin tone or the brown polish I already had. By Saturday morning, the top coat started peeling. I came back today expecting them to fix the peeling, and I was fully prepared to pay for the chrome—just not an entirely new set. They told me I had to repay because I changed the color, even though no one mentioned that when I walked in. The tech said she could’ve fixed the topcoat for free if I kept the same color, but again, that was never communicated upfront. That said, the sec

This place is a hit or mess with me. I love Nikki so much, but I can only come as a walk-in and most of the techs are terrible. I had Jessica this last time. I informed her of the style that I was looking for I even showed her a photo of what I got the last time here with Nikki and I told her a few times where I thought the line work was a little messy. I also informed her one of the nails looked really uneven to me, and she ignored me and continued on with the rest of set. When I asked her the second time if she could just fill in the spots that we’re looking a little off to me she said that she did not want to because she said it will look too thick and the first photo that I showed her is a fake and that photos with acrylic. I’ve been here several times as a walk-in and have never had an issues with the service. Nikki did my nails last and did such a good job, she pays attention to all the little details!! LOVE!!

I couldn’t believe that I just found this salon just now!!! I have been to several other nail places in Murphy but could never locate a good nail technician. My nail technician, Mia, is professional and made the entire experience quick and comfortable. Everyone else is sweet here also!! I will definitely be a returning customer from now on!
