I wanted to love my nails, I really did. I went in with my best friend for pedicure with gel polish and a full set manicure for my wedding. They were so rushed, the guy that did mine did not do what I asked for and after several times explaining I wanted a French manicure using the shimmer white and pale pink shimmer gel with semi short square nails, I walk out with what looks like someone hacked off my nails and extremely sharp corners I asked twice to please file down. $300 when my friend only had her nails polished with no add ons and a basic pedicure left me heartbroken. Drew blood on hands and feet, even after I said I was diabetic. And after less than 24 hours, 2 have already popped off. Some of the other workers could’ve done a better job, but now I have to go somewhere else and pay

I don’t even know where to begin. I saw some flaws with my nails in the salon but I didn’t notice how awful they were until I got into my car in daylight. I have been here several times before and loved my nails, but this time I drove away crying my eyes out. The lines are not straight, the hearts look like they bled out, you can see the lines in the base coat, there’s bubbles everywhere. $166 dollar for nails. I came in with bare nails. Full set and had a gel pedicure. I honestly don’t even know how they were that expensive. That’s basically $70 for my hands and feet. I don’t mind spending money if they are amazing. I just had a great experience at NG! I just wanted bare nail look with a refill and my nails cut way down. Peter took me and within a hour he was done. He never hurt my nails or cuticles. He was efficient and they look great! It’s my third time there as a walk in and Peter is now who I will book with!

the picture below is of my nails OVER A MONTH after having them done here. they are so sturdy and haven’t budged even with working with my hands all day every day. the service was absolutely amazing, we had friendly conversation the whole time and it was never awkward or intimidating. the other picture is the only one i have of when i first got them done. you can’t really tell but the design and shape were and are still beautiful. i will be back! this is the best experience i have ever had with my nails! i left with exactly what i wanted. if i could leave 10 stars i would.
