I had a wonderful experience getting my Sisterlocks retie with Yvette. From start to finish, she is professional, gentle, and incredibly detail-oriented. She took her time to make sure each lock was properly tightened and aligned, and I could immediately see & feel the difference when she completed my retie —my hair felt neat, lightweight, and refreshed. What I appreciated most was how knowledgeable she is about Sisterlocks maintenance. She checked the integrity of my locks, offered helpful tips for caring for my hair between visits, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. I absolutely had the most wonderful experience!!! Yvette is amazing, I felt like I was meeting a long lost friend. Her place is so relaxing and I felt so safe I fell asleep in the chair🤭 . The level of service I received was beyond and exceeded all my expectations😁. My starter locs were a mess all tangled up but she took the time to meticulously separate them. Yvette was absolutely amazing! To start she made time for me - as I’m visiting my family and desperately needed some freshening up for my Dad’s 90th birthday surprise party!
