Nice Nail Spa

I went in for their pedicure special. That was good, and the girls were nice. Decided to get my nails done too and they recommended the gel x. This was Thursday and by Sunday I have 3 broken nails. This has never happened to me before. So I spent $50 just for them not to last even a week. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

DONT COME HERE. They have specials but its not even worth the discounted price. The poor receptionist is the only one who speaks english, which isnt fair to her or the customers. On top of that, the pedicurists and nail techs are not trained. I had to ask for my nails to be filed and buffed, I had to ask for the polish to be taken off of my skin. Only for her to tell me it was too late and it had to be taken off with a drill.! reluctantly obliged. She drilled my already exposed open skin (freshly cut cuticles) just for the polish to still be on me and the polish to now be uneven. I asked the receptionist if someone else could fix it, and she said we would have to start completely over. AFTER AN HOUR AND CONSISTENTLY ASKING FOR HELP. FOR THE MANAGER/ OWNER A COMPLETE lack of profesionalis

Great experience!! Customer Service was top notch….My first time going & very pleased with the service!! I am very picky & there were no complaints!! Shout out to Maria for doing an awesome job🥰

Ellie did my pedi and was great. She had good conversation and message on point. I wish I would move known before hand that they ONLY take cash tips. I left and got cash and came back she was so good. Usually I go where they serve drinks but I’ll take Service over a Mimosa ANYDAY!! Thank you

i have an amazing experience every time!!! Kenia had patience with me and did this beautiful valentines set, loved chatting with her too!
