Nicole Beauty & Wigs

Went here yesterday, went home and cried. I just started chemotherapy and my hair is unfortunately giving out on me. I always dye my hair cool colors, but since I can't anymore I decided to go and get help for colored wigs. Let's just say don't go in in your white/Asian. They will make fun of you. I'm mixed, and they immediately started laughing at me. Those ladies were being awful to me about my hair thinning. The worker with the Monroe peircing asked me "Are you sure you're supposed to be in here?" Like HUH. I havent left the house without a cap or beanie on. I just really wanted some help, but the attitude and starring was unbearable. It's like a bunch of grown adults that peaked in high school run the place. I guess if you're pale you get awful service.

I called at 4:40pm to ask if they had a product in stock I spoke to Sydney and she reassured me that the product was in fact in stock. She said she would set them aside for me, before hanging up I ask what time they closed and Sydney told me at 6pm. i told her I would be in before they closed. I got there at 5:50 and they were closing the gate and denied me service I had to beg them to let me in. they finally let me in when I told them I called and the woman inside said we close in 5 minutes I was confused because I was told 6 o’clock over the phone not only that but she had an attitude the entire time while ringing me up i spent $60 dollars this time because I NEEDED my hair done but if I had the option i wouldn’t have spent anything because of how they made me feel

I asked for the last available wig and it was already taken out of the package on the mannequin so I expected a discount seems how it’s been opened and they charged me full price I paid due to not having time to go somewhere else but I will not be coming back here. Then it was just thrown back in the bag no net or anything

Staff is very rude. Some guy with no uniform or nametag and dirty clothes stands at the door with a black metal baton which is really odd, uncomfortable and cheap. They have a house rule th as t you're only allowed to try on 3 wigs no matter what you're buying which also makes it a bit difficult.

I was late finding this store but have been a customer for the last year the people that work there are always friendly I hope the Tuesday lash deal never ends! Also every time I visit there’s some kind of deal or discount which is always appreciated and Thankyou for the birthday credit! Definitely my go to for my hair and love finding beauty dupes!
