Nikki Nails

The atmosphere is nice, appreciated that I was seen right at my appointment time, I loved that they had same day appointments available and they had a nice selection of colors for dip. I gave them a 2/5 for the above reasons. When I called for my appointment I said dip powder manicure, they said $50. The $50 service was solely for removal and application of the dip. I did not realize this until she was done and my cuticles had not been cut, no lotion applied, etc. I then noticed for a manicure on top of the dip would have been $65. The dip was applied poorly, lots of extra left under my nails, my pinky is sloped and the shape is not smooth. I have seen other work they have done on a friend who get acrylic here and it’s phenomenal. If you’re considering this salon, maybe stick with acryli

Yes the nails came out beautiful but they absolutely scammed me. First online the full set is $35. When we got there we got almond shape. Not only they didnt tell us its extra they started putting no chip without letting us know its extra. We asked them to refund it because that is robbery they said they will redund if they took it off.

Nice experience! Easy to book appointment online. Went with my friend and we were able to sit next to each other and chat while doing our nails. They were patient and polite. They offered to redo my friend’s nails again bc something was wrong with the nail polish, so I’m glad they noticed and let her pick another color. The place is very clean and I def would go again!

They come out very nice. Friendly staff. However within a week the nails break which mine usually last 4-5 weeks. I’ve gone twice. First time I had 6 broken nails with in a week and a half. Second time I had 3 with in less than a week. One popped completely off. Not sure what they are doing differently but needs to be fixed otherwise people will not return.
