Do not come here I repeat do not come here for any kind of service. This establishment deserves no stars at all they scammed their customers out of money. I was not aware of all of my conditioner options when getting washed and then she tried to tell me it’s because it was based off of my hair texture After she put it in my head so I was forced to pay for a conditioner that I did not ask for. they are super heavy handed and come to find out. She did not wash my hair good. My and My Husband went to this store yesterday just to look around and see what they had and I wanted to get some body oil. Upon entering the store the lady was sitting behind the cashier stand and did not greet us or say anything. (Not a big deal). When my husband and I went to go checkout the lady still didn't speak a word. She rings up all our items and usually you would be told your total. This lady still says nothing and just smirks at me and my husband like we were the ones in the wrong and she just wanted us to pay and leave. So My husband uses his apple Pay and the first time it didn't work. This is when the lady says "your phone lock" My husband say "My phone is locked?" and the lady rudely says "Your Asking Me". February 14th I came up to the store to go ahead and buy some hair products I had my book bag on another bag in my hands and some flowers because I had just got off from work so I decided to stop at this location to buy some hair and some other hair stuff. As soon as I walk through the door I was not greeted for one the first thing that came out of the ladies mouth (she wears glasses and speaks with an accent)... she said "ma'am ma'am you can't have that bag on your back" I politely ask her "why" she didn't give me a reason other than "it is part of the store's rules" so I look around there is no signage that states bags need to be left at the front or no big bags Etc like most stores would actually have appropriate signage to let the customer know before they walk through the door. Shop here at your own risk! Horrible customer service. Cashier/Clerk whomever the woman who was working the register was so rude and nasty for no good reason. Ma’am I understand if you’re having a bad day but you have to treat your customers better. We as customers keep your lights on. There is NO way I would return to this store EVER! Oh I pray she is not the own would just make it even worse. Such a shame customer service is not Nina’s specialty.
