She has really bad customer service and poor communication skills. I didn't even get to make an appointment with her because she was so rude and dry. Both are qualities that I look for in a hair dresser. I prefer someone polite and personable. I like that old school culture of your hair dresser is like your therapist or someone your comfortable with. She needs to adopt that. I mean she is rude and unfriendly.
Very pleasant experience. I went to Melissa for a silk press. Melissa was very professional and sweet, she treated my very colored damaged hair with care. I will definitely return to her for future services.
Nina was super efficient and just gentle enough for my daughter. Great service and quaint shop. Good vibes.
