Nina Nail

I was over charges for my feet. They charged me $10 to use a used foot scrapper on my feet. I didn’t see not once of any of the tools being disinfected. They just rinsed everything off in my foot water. My feet were rushed! And I’m not happy with my nails. Spent over $100 on nails and feet were I could’ve gotten them done for cheaper, had better nails and better service. Never again!!!! They need to be reported to the health department and shut down for reusing unsanitary tools. I will be reporting to the health department!

Stay far away from this place. The health department should be notified. I went in for a pedicure, they were extremely busy but that does give them a pass on not sanitizing their pedicure equipment. They did a lady feet next to me and used a razor plus other tools and proceeded to use them on me. I had to practically beg them to get clean tools. The pedicure was 10 minutes and when told mindy the owner she acted like there was nothing she could so and still paid full price for this service. I will be notifying the health department. This is unacceptable.

Worst experience. All is the salon pedicure seats were leaking water. The women were rude. They don’t know how to do a pedicure they did the bare minimum.

I know the owner, she is very nice + have a tiktok. Runs her own nail salon... which she work hard and often update.. I also know the owner name, and the people I've met. -annoyingdoglol out.

The customer service was good upon entrance BUT when it came to doing my lashes and brows it was horrible. I wanted to wax my brows and get individual lashes and it was just horrendous. She used the same stick she used in the wax on everybody else on me!!!!! And when it was time to insert the lashes onto my eye lids she kept putting it on my EYEBALL and when I told her I could not see because of all the glue and hair in my eye she just continued working until I told her she needed to stop and fix the problem. I left the store with my eyes red and burning and was very unhappy. I went to this store because it was late and I had other things to do. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
