Horrible services! The nail polish was different color shades on my nails. Some were not polished completely. I told them I didn't like it, and they acted like they didn't understand me. The owner said she would Zelle me back my tip, and I never got it. She would not give me back my tip. They have sloppy service and unprofessional management. Unethical transactions they did not return my overpayment. Nina's Nails and their employees are unprofessional sloppy and dishonest.

I have finally found a nail salon I like and that I keep going back to. The staff is very friendly and willing to work to accommodate your requests (nail designs,etc), It’s very clean and the prices are reasonable. Even though I have my 2 favorite staff members (Kris andnV) that I make my appointments with, I've had all the staff work on me at some point and I have never left there disappointed.

I always come here. Reasonable prices, neatly done, clean tools and environment. My gel manicure doesn't start to wear off until after 4 weeks! Love it here.

I had to remove my 3 year 5 star review because the TERRIBLE customer service, no friendly at all anymore, bad manners, they lady who has been doing my nails the last 2 times don’t follow directions, very rude and careless. My bad to give them a second chance…

very very nice people, I believe I got Nina and she did a great job super nice workers and very clean place. My ACRYLIC nails came out super good, and the quality is great! I loved it ! So going to return 🤩
