Nina's Nails

I wanted to say that this is one of the best nail salons in the Gonzales area that I have been to. The service is great. They have a bunch of customers but they do you right every time, I have been going here for years and so has my grandma and my and her nails always come out best here as well as our feet and my lashes. They have great prices as well. They do their job in a timely manner and it is always good. Nina is also very sweet. Thank y’all for doing such a wonderful job as always. Also my shape of the nails that I ask for has always been very good and if you ask them to fix them they will. They also file down underneath the nail and most places out here don’t but they do smooth/ sharp edges every time, they give you respect even if they are busy, wonderful nail salon will always c

I always try to give this place a second chance but every time I go I have the WORST customer service. Recently I asked for French tip acrylics. I get treated horribly for asking the French tip to be shorter, and then the nail artists continues to say “ what do you think they just brushed it on “. SO RUDE. $80 btw

Nina's Nails was good until it wasn't. She's high but her lashes were worth it. Let's face it there's a nail shop on every corner so the nails were okay until the last couple of times I went the paint wasn't completely on either side of my nails and they didn't get the glue out from underneath my nails before I left. I was rushed in and rushed out with a mediocre manicure . Either way I was faithful to her every month sitting in one of her chairs. I bought a $200 gift certificate for my daughter's birthday. Not a small thing as I have to make work 2 days to make that in my job. And September when she went to get that it redeemed she was told that it had expired it was in bad condition and they would not honor it. So yes I'm out $200 my daughter is at her birthday present. Nails crooked...when asked other tech for a second opinion he got flip nobody would admit the nail was crooked they told me my real nails is crooked like whet??? YOU WOULD THINK SINCE THEIR BUSINESS IS GOING IN THE TOILET THEY WOULD DO BETTER AND BE BETTER IM NEVER GOING BACK HAD NOT BEEN IN YEARS AND TRIED TO GIVE THEM ANOTHER CHANCE.... I RATHER GO WHERE ME AND MY COINS ARE APPRECIATED THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO

Long wait but worth it! I love the energy the staff gives off. This was my first time here but you can tell they have rapport with their regular customers. Even though I came close to closing time, they still took their time to make sure my nails were done properly. I should surely recommend clearing your schedule and doing business with them.
