Nina's Nails

Good work on my nails. But the one that did my nails was like Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde. She started out nice and polite then, out of nowhere, flip and got agitated, and somewhat rude. Everyone else was nice and polite. Next time I'll probably go back to the other place, in my old neighborhood. If it wasn't for that, I would have rated it a 5. Good attitudes is part of customer service.

Me and my daughter came to try this place out. Fast and friendly service but so fast that there are imperfections that could have been avoided.. I gave it 3 out of 5 because my daughter likes her pedicure. We will NOT be back.

The ladies were very nice, professional,and efficient. I got a few nails taken off and a new set. I also got the CBD pedicure. AMAZING! The CBD pedicure is supposed to promote blood flow and I felt much more relaxed after the massage. Very friendly staff and the building is clean. Will be coming back because my nails look amazing!

I have been going here for at least a year and I am hooked. Queen is so sweet and caters to my style. I have some of the other staff also know the customers preferences from memory and have pleasant/humorous conversations. My nails have always been very brittle & thin, but grow extremely fast. Then I am extremely rough so my polish usually chops easily. Other shops would take the old polish of in very damaging ways to the point I almost gave up. But even with the drill and buffer, this shop manages to keep my nails protected well and I now I always get compliments on my pretty nails. My "friend" even talks about how pretty my feet are (even in spite of surgery scars) because of my pedis here! 😅 Thank you!

I love this place and drive across town to get my nails and feet done. Today for some reason I was made to pay up front for services. I was getting a volcano pedicure, acrylic overlay, and eyebrow wax. Why am I the only one in here being requested to pay up front. I feel very discriminated against at this point and don't know how to take this. I love coming here but my feelings and pride are really hurt. Then they put me in a pedicure chair filled my water and walked away. The lady forgot I said volcano pedicure after she just made me pay up front.
