Nirvana Nail Spa Hollytree

We came to get pedicures on a Saturday. The parking lot was empty suggesting few patrons inside. We went in and were immediately sat in a chair. It then took 25 minutes for a tech begin our pedicure. We requested the lavender pedicure and I wanted gel polish. We started at the same time yet my pedicure experience (massage, paraffin wax, and hot towel) was cut short to accommodate time for the gel that I was also paying extra for. Doesn’t make sense to me for me to pay for a deluxe pedicure and not receive the full package and then to pay extra for gel as well. It’s almost double dipping. We were absolutely scalded with the stone massages and paraffin wax. This place is also pretty dirty and what is with this book!? This will be my second and last time here.

Horrible experience! Won't be back! My friend & I always go to NAILS BY Lee, they were booked which makes sense because they are the best! We got "mimosas" in a clear plastic cup which tasted like straight sunny d! One of the guys kept making gross nasal congestion sounds the girls did not try to communicate with us they just nodded & smiled. Water was cold i asked 3 times to make it warmer just got a blank stare & smile! I will never make that mistake again! Awful place!

Loan is the best I have ever been pampered by. She is happy and excellent at pedicures and manicures. Nirvana Nail Spa is beautiful and a joy to treate yourself to! Enjoy these services; they bless everytime!

Courtney does an amazing job with both pedicures and nails… she really knows her stuff and is quick with my nails. Highly recommend.
