Got my nails done at Nirvana Nails by the lovely David. He did just a fabulous job on my nails with precision and great attention to detail. He was incredibly kind, welcoming and just did a tremendous job compared to any nail places I’ve been to in the area. He actually cares about the final product and didn’t seem to rush through anything just to “get the job done”. Just an overall great experience. I recommend anyone to go here and ask for David!!

I saw David, asked for thin black tips. I repeatedly said I did not want dip and he proceeded with dip anyways, insisting I have not had someone like him do it before. During the whole process I spoke up about not liking what was happening and was continually dismissed and assured I’d love them by the end. Spoiler alert: I did not love them by the end. The dip (that I repeatedly said I did not want) was bleeding and uneven and way thicker than the photo I used for reference (attached to review). I left crying and called another salon to pay (again) to have them fixed. If you’re actively communicating with your nail tech, that really shouldn’t happen. Anika is wonderful if you do end up visiting.

I LOVE this nail salon. I’ve gone for every major event I’ve had. Birthday nails, graduation nails, engagement nails, etc. They’ve blown me away every single time. I mainly want to applaud them for something that happened today. I got my nails done for my 21st birthday 2 weeks ago, and today one of my nails snapped in half unexpectedly. I texted Andy letting him know what happened and without hesitation he told me to come in and that he would fix it with no charge. When I came in, he got me done quick, but also cleaned up the rest of my nails too! They really care about customer service! So thankful for Andy and for his unexpected kindness to my situation. 🥹💜

This is my first ever review but this place and people deserve it! It was my first time going to Nirvana nails and spa which was very last minute but I’m glad I decided to go. I had issues with who did my nails before at another nail spa and was seeking HELP. Luckily I found Lex and she did such a WONDERFUL job on my nails! I love my nails long and she did them perfectly! She was also really nice to talk too. All the other staff seemed friendly as well. Can’t wait to go back. Thank you all!

Horrible. Paid $60 for top pedicure - my feet are rough, nails weren’t filed, and polish is horrible. Paid the extra for the detox soaking and my feet were barely soaked. Tech was ripping my dry cuticles rather than trimming soft soaked ones. Do not recommend.
