No 1 Nail

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience. I specifically called ahead to schedule appointments for both my daughter and myself because we had somewhere to be afterward and needed to stay on schedule. At no point during the call was I informed that only one technician would be available to work on us. That was never communicated prior to our arrival. When we arrived, we waited a few minutes and were then both seated at a table. The technician began working on my daughter’s nails, which was fine — but after about 15 minutes, I asked when someone would be starting on mine. I was then told that the same technician would be doing both of our nails. That completely defeats the purpose of making appointments for two people at the same time. If I had known only one person would be available

The nail salon did a wonderful job, and my nails looked perfect, but the wait time was longer than I expected.

Got my nails done yesterday and not even a whole day with them and one nail peeled off. I've never had this happened to me so I was shocked! I also asked for matte and they didn't do such a good job a bit disappointed

This is my second visit to this nail salon. They really did a great job with my mani and pedi! Probably the best I ever had. The only con I have is that I was really interested in getting a full set of nails but when I mentioned it, I was persuaded not to get them because it was 6 and they were closing in an hour. I think I got there with more than enough time and there was only 1 other person there so I don't know what the problem was. So I didn't do it. HOWEVER, as they were finishing up my manicure, 2 girls walked in, right at 7pm (closing time), asking for full sets and they accepted them! I was appalled and felt completely disregarded. I'm going to try it one more time and see what happens.

Super overpriced. Charged me just to cut my nails! Like my natural nails! Isn’t that apart of the pedicure or manicure?? And they were cut WAYY to short. My nails don’t even cover my fingertips. I’m not used to that so my tips are a bit painful. Very disappointed. I used to like this place..
