NOA NAIL SPA

3 nails broke within 72 hours. I’m actually pretty shocked. The shop was nice and the people were friendly but the products are cheap and poor quality. I just got my nails done Friday. During my pedicure the nail polish was cracking. I had to ask them to fix it. My nail broke at work while opening a cabinet. I went back to the shop. They fixed it. I got home opened my fridge and two nails popped off. I’m super girly I get my nails done all the time. I never seen anything like this before. My nail broke so bad that my real nails broke. The quality is so cheap that they are breaking from low effort. I spent almost 200 dollars at this shop. They not cheap very pricey but the quality doesn’t match. Now my nail is severely hurt and I’m out of my money. Sis, don’t do it !

I’ve had male nail technicians the last two times I visited, and unfortunately both experiences were disappointing. I came in with short nails, so the service should have been simple, just shaping and a basic dip manicure. Instead, the appointment took almost two hours, and my nails were filed down so much that they now look like stubs. The shape is uneven, and the color application is inconsistent. The woman who appears to be the owner came over to help, and it was clear even she could see they looked bad. When I checked out and explained my concerns, the only resolution offered was 10% off a future visit, which felt inadequate given the outcome. Based on my experience, I would not recommend allowing the male technicians to work on your nails.

First time visiting Van and will be back when I’m in the area. She took the time to rebuild my nails and restore them. Thank you Jessica and Van for taking such good care of me and my nails. I’ll be back!

This is the best nail salon I’ve been to! They are always smiling, they are welcoming and the vibe is very family oriented. Their salon is beautiful and you just feel at home. My nails are always perfect! Jess and her mom are my absolute favorite (everyone is amazing here)! If I could give 10 stars I would! 10/10 recommend!!!
