NOBBY NAILS & SPA

This is my third time at the salon, my last 2 experiences were good. Today, they broke my nail during the service, didn’t say anything as if I wouldn’t notice, and made me pay mid-service after they broke my nail. This salon charges you after they are finished with the service. They tried to fix it with nail glue without saying anything, which didn’t last and it fell off after I left. It was very odd and I won’t be returning Edit: In response to the reply, my nail was not broken. I went to get a dip manicure removed, which had been applied at this salon. The technician broke my natural nail in the removal process, didn’t say anything to me, called another technician over, and then glued the broken nail. I understand that accidents happen, but the response is unprofessional.

Disappointing. This was my second attempt at Nobby for a dip manicure. The first time two of my nails chipped within a few days, however they fixed them free of charge. The pictures show my nails after one day. Cracks everywhere. I don’t have much hope that they will last long…

I was really happy when I called to find out that I was able to do a walk in right away (I had called 5 other area salons that didn’t have availability and so I was so excited) This salon is went above and beyond. I got an acrylic fill and I didn’t realize it came with a back massage and hand treatment. So nice! Very reasonably priced and my nails came out great.

Awful pedicure! Very disappointed with my visit. During the pedicure, she cut me and didn’t properly take care of my heels. On top of that, the massage was terrible and felt rushed. Not worth the money.

Morina is always patient and friendly. Her nail art is very good! I've never had such a lovely manicure. Until I meet her. I'll be back.
