Absolutely my favorite beauty supply in the area. The music is always perfect and the staff is always helpful and professional.

I was just in this store at 3:55p.m. on Saturday February 21, 2026. I was only making a small purchase, but I overheard a yong lady and an older Asian lady complaining about customers. They were making disrespectful and deregatory comments right at the register. I left my purchase at the front and told them "If this is how you feel about your customers you can keep your merchandise and I walked out. I told them their conversation was very disrespectful. They want the money, but don't want to show respect. Extremely poor customer service. I will not patronize or visit this store again! They were not the least nit concerned, and just shrugged their shoulders.😡

The young Hispanic lady at the store is an absolute delight—very helpful, knowledgeable, and went out of her way to assist me multiple times. Unfortunately, the owner is the complete opposite. She is one of the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with and seems to think she can treat customers however she wants simply because she runs the largest supply store in the area. I paid extra for human hair specifically so I could curl it. When I asked if I could return it if it didn’t curl as expected, she flatly said no. When I asked why she wouldn’t stand behind her product, she rudely responded that I didn’t have to buy from her. This is my second bad experience with her. The first time, I was given a store credit that they later refused to honor. Sadly, she’s right—take your business elsewhere.

Poor quality customer service after I asked the employer at the front desk for a type of hair she told me “ give me a second “ while texting and making a phone call on her phone . I was politely waiting for her to get back to me I thought I was an emergency she might have had. But I then waited for 10minutes and just left . She seen me standing and didn’t say anything . This is my go to store now it’s a no for me.
