What a huge disappointment. I went Saturday with two friends. We had three appointments and after our spa pedicure (mediocre), two of the three of us were told we had to wait 20 minutes for our manicures because they had “other appointments.” The staff was incredibly rude. Then after spending $374, for 3 spa pedicures, manicures, 10-min back massages and gratuity, I questioned why my manicure was an extra $5. I was told that even though they used my own polish and nothing from them, the act of applying dazzle dry polish cost $5 more. WHAT?! This was my first experience, and I will never come back here. Peony and Cindy’s are nearby and a much, much better atmosphere and experience overall. I very rarely write reviews, but this experience - at a place that should be for relaxing self-care -

Today was my first time visiting Noblesse at their Rye location. It was an excellent experience. The salon is gorgeous and very clean. A very calm and relaxing atmosphere — it is obvious this salon has thought everything through for the client experience — from the music, the video showing on the screen, right down to the beautifully displayed products for my cucumber pedicure. You would have thought they were bringing out a tray of appetizers! I got a gel mani, regular pedi, and 30 minute reflexology massage. I was offered water and hot tea. Regina and Eric were very kind and the level of service was superb. Happy to have this level of service, convenient open hours, and very reasonable prices. This will be my new go to salon!

I came here once two years ago and didn’t like it, tried again last week and remembered why I never came back. The older woman at the front, who seems to be the owner, treats her staff terribly. I actually saw her hit one of the workers three separate times. Everyone there looked scared of her. I got a regular gel manicure and it was poorly done - it took two hours, which it shouldn’t take more than an hour. The whole time she was yelling at her employees while they scrambled around. The place itself is clean and looks nice, but I won’t be coming back.
