This was by far the WORST experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I came in for a fill & pedicure, during my pedicure I noticed the person doing my pedicure rushing. Although it was Labor Day it was not extremely busy when I walked in . I got a classic pedicure with regular polish for $30 . As the technician was doing my feet the instruments barely touched them ! She even skipped a few toes when it came to cutting my cuticles . My feet touched the water for literally3-5mins maximum! Not even leaving enough time for dead skin to fully be removed or soften . As she painted my toes I noticed some toe nails were uneven. I politely asked for her to even them & clean around the borders of my toe nails so they look professionally done. This was my first time coming here and I really enjoyed the service, she gave me exactly what I wanted without having to say too much I felt very taken care of I’ll definitely be coming here again!!! thinking about my next set! Cristina was very pleasant and I really enjoyed talking to her!!

Until today this was my favorite nail salon in Conyers. The day before a major holiday & my nails are jacked😩 As my acrylic nails were being soaked off the tech I had an appt with started on another chic😤 I waited for an 1.5 hours for Chris. I wish they would have told me I was going to literally have to wait for him another person to get their nails done (all the other techs & the manager was just chilling) I would have left sooner. Geez, It’s so hard to find good customer service these days….smh

Sadly, I have not been able to get my nails and feet done since December because I had to move and had to let go of that one luxury. So today I was trying to able to go and have a me day. The service was phenomenal, Q did my feet and my hands, and he made me feel so good, he did a deep massage on my feet and legs, I also got the warm towel wrap and the hot stone massage. My fingers on my left hand are also contorted, but he was able to do them. Then I went and saw Quinn, she did the eyebrow wax and tent, along with a pair of strip lashes. I would definitely be back and refer anyone else to them. I definitely have to get my service 10 Stars 🤩

I highly do not recommend this nail salon. I visited on Sunday, 1/12/25, for builder gel nails and an upgraded gel pedicure. Right away, I noticed the tools looked worn, and the salon’s cleanliness seemed lacking. The technician put my socks back on immediately after finishing my pedicure, and when I got home, my toes were unevenly cut and the polish was poorly done. I had to return on Monday, 1/13/25, to get them fixed. By Wednesday, 1/15/25, my nails were chipping one by one. Even my toes, which I had repaired, started showing paint scraping off at the corners and small bubbles forming in the center—something that’s never happened with gel polish at other places. Now, less than two weeks later, most of my nails are chipped and a mess. I won’t even bother going back for repairs, as it’s
