Noire Nails Spa

Came there on a Wednesday by Friday my nails started coming up. I went back and they got real nasty with me . I can’t help y’all messed up my nails. I went recommended no one to come to this unprofessional business. Please pay attention to the reviews cause they are true.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!! Will have you waiting extremely long just for them to take a lunch break and tell you they won't see you. Never going back. Go to Le Nails! Same mall and way better service. Thank me later

So i went in as usual to get my pedicure. i let another tech do it from regular tech Vicky who’s very awesome and twin sister. the tech told she was tired all i get is classic or deluxe pedicure. i told i’m paying i choose my own. i ask where’s my oil and my massage she told i don’t have to do it. i have coming to this shop over 10 yrs before this owner bought it. she tell me well next time wait for vicky to do it. i will not go there spend my anymore when i find a new nail shop. I was treated poorly at this salon today. I made an appointment for 3pm. When I got to the salon, the manager hadn't informed my nail tech that I had scheduled an appointment and then lied and said that my tech was working on someone's nails who she had messed up the day before. I later found out that it was one of his clients. After and hour and a half wait, my nail tech told me that he never told her about the appointment. When I asked if he or someone else could do my nails because I had an appointment, he said no. The manager here is trash. Don't visit this nail salon. I really wish it was a option for zero stars. Please be sure to check your receipts and prices you are being charged. After paying the male (had on glasses) charged my card for a completely different amount than what he told me, and the charge he told me was higher than the total from the total of the prices listed on the price list. He was acting weird so something told me to double check my receipt. When i pointed out his "error" which was not a mistake. He offered to give me a refund. I told him he could give me cash as my refund, due to me not trusting him at that point. He said that it would have to go back on the card.
