DO NOT GO. I came in with a specific design request and showed an inspo photo, but the entire experience felt uncomfortable—like we were being talked about the whole time. I’m really disappointed with the results. Jenny was my tech, and she either couldn’t or didn’t want to do the design I asked for. I specifically requested a star instead of a heart because I thought outlining the heart might be difficult. She ignored that and put the heart on anyway. At that point, I was over it and just let it go. Now, less than 48 hours later, the gel has lifted on the back of almost all of my nails. On top of that, I was cut four times during the service. I have been coming to get my nails done here for about 8 months. I highly recommend Misa. She does amazing work! She even will add designs to your nails if you request her to. Misa is so sweet and always makes me feel welcome. A beverage is usually offered as well

HORRIBLE customer service!!!! My daughter got her nails done (the girl was obviously new) someone else had to step in & redue a few nails and redue the acrylic. After we left they were so thin & brittle one of her nails pulled back and ripped her actual nail. I just wanted them to help fix them and they got a bad attitude with me saying it was my daughter’s fault when clearly her nails look horrible. I then asked if they could just soak the nails off and she kept saying it’s my daughter’s fault. I had paid almost $200 for her nails & mine only to be told it was HER fault her nails were so brittle. We ended up going to Avina nails where we will always go from now on. They fixed her nails & were so kind to us- do not go to noire!

I have been going here for a couple years now, and have always had a great experience with Sophia. She’s the best!! I usually get a pedicure and an acrylic fill once a month, and I always leave satisfied. If not they will fix it free of charge. Sophia is an artist and does amazing work!

David is my favorite!!!! he has been my nail tech for the last year and 1/2. he never fails to make sure i am happy with my nails before i leave. he is very quick and will have you out of there in a reasonable time. You guys need to go see David!!!
