UNSANITARY and BAD QUALITY: Proof in pictures! This was one of the worst nail salon experiences I've ever had. I asked for dip with tips and was pressured into Gel-X by a technician who clearly did not know how to apply it. The nails curved downward like claws. When I questioned it, she asked multiple coworkers for help and then admitted she wasn't confident performing the service and passed me off mid-appointment. The second technician had an open wound on her finger, was not wearing gloves, and later made me bleed during aggressive filing. Multiple nail tips fell off during the service. After 2.5 hours and $70, I was assured the nails would last yet they began falling off within 7 days. The guy who did my nails did a great job on putting gel overlay on two broken nails and the polish looked great. I had a manipedi but he didn't cut my cuticles which I thought was odd. No soaking. I've never had a manicure where that isn't done. He also filed down my natural nails which I communicated I didn't want. The nails underneath were full of stuff I had to go home and fix. I might give it one more try, not sure though.
