I wish I could give zero stars. From the moment I walked in, the front desk was incredibly rude. I told her I’d never been there before and instead of helping, she just pointed and said “check in.” She then skipped me to take the person behind me, treating her with respect while continuing to be dismissive toward me. I clearly stated multiple times that my daughter and I both wanted mani/pedis, but they left her sitting there like she didn’t exist. When I finally spoke up, the front desk acted confused and said, “oh she wants her nails done too?” The tech rushed through my daughter’s entire mani/pedi in under 10 minutes just to move on to higher-paying customers, leaving her nails sloppy. Cindy is absolutely amazing. What an incredible nail tech, she gave me 10 star service it was so wonderful. She was so accommodating and lovely. She did my pedicure the best it’s ever been. She made me so relaxed and comfortable I never wanted to leave. I will be coming back because of this hard working incredible woman. Thank you, Cindy and a huge thank you to this salon for making me feel welcomed and beautiful!!!!!

Made a appointment with Andy but he had to leave so I got scheduled with Jackie. He was great but before he began i asked him how much it was going to cost for a fill because I was thinking about maybe getting a design. I had a nail that chipped off so he said it would be $50 because he has to put a new nail on. We'll he didn't have to but still charged me $50. I have never paid $50 for a fill. My nails are not even long, just a tad above the end of my skin. I called and spoke to Vanna and she offered to only give me $5 back. Totally ridiculous to be charged $45 for a fill with short nails. Be careful of your charges people. Wasn't even asked if we would like something to drink.

Cindy was amazing! She did my nails exactly how i wanted and i asked to change the nail shape after she filed them and she gladly did it and was very nice about it ☺️
