Noire the nails bar

Just had another great visit with Julie at Noire Nail Spa. She trimmed my claws and buffed them so I don’t scratch myself when shaving. Noire is such a relaxed, calming atmosphere. I have been coming here for three years and always enjoy my visits. I get a manicure and pedicure because my belly sticks out too far ( Florida living) for me to see my toes! I might treat myself to one of their new facials in a few weeks. You should stop by and say hi to Tracy and Shyanne and make their day! And book an appointment with Julie! Tell her Kevin says hi! I’ve been here before and they do an okay job and decided to go again to do my nails for my birthday and I have to say I am not satisfied at all. The pedicure was okay but my full set was done poorly. I will not be returning and they are pricey too. For reference I got short almond nails with gel polish.

I was visiting from out of town and went with friends to have a gel mani + pedi, the service was good and the staff were super nice. However, one of my nails had already started to lift that same night so I went back in the morning and they fixed it but now, a few days later, the rest of them are peeling up. I called and requested some sort of refund for the poor quality, as I spent about $100 for these, and was told there was nothing they can do other than for me to come back in, which is not possible, as I am not local to the area. Unfortunate to write this review but now I have to pay extra money to have them re-done elsewhere.

I’ve been going there for a while because … well … I live relatively close (in Margaritaville) and it’s convenient. If there was another nail salon in a reasonably close proximity, I certainly wouldn’t go back to this establishment. The latest snafu, aside from getting a toe infection from non-sterile equipment a couple of months ago, was not getting what I paid for. Terrible experience my nails look awful and uneven. I asked the nail tech to stop ahead of time and she insisted on finishing, I had to get them soaked off and still pay full price. I will not be coming back and I do not recommend any one coming here.
