Review is for Ivy, she is inexperienced but with amazing talent and an eye for detail. Opted for straight stiletto acrylic, cut medium length. One coat of pink gel polish. Amazing job.

I made an appt with Lilly and when I got there my service was done by Ivy. The manager who happens to be Lilly said Ivy was really good. Mind you Lilly did not have any clients and the salon was empty it was 11am on a weekday so not sure why she didn’t do the service herself. Mid service I find out it was Ivy’s first day, a service that takes 45mins took 2hrs at least my nails looked decent. 3 days later builder gel comes off one nail, I call and was told 6pm is a good time to get my nail fixed, it’ll take 10min. It took 35min for 1 nail repair, an older lady broke off my nail despite me telling her to be careful it’s my natural nail - she shoved a tip under the builder gel, lifted it and ripped it off with a layer of my nail, the length of my nail, and the side of my nail. I am absolutely disgusted by what happened here today. My grandma is a wheelchair user, and when my mom tried to get her out of the car, the entire handicap unloading zone was blocked by a car that had no business being there. This area is clearly meant for loading and unloading mobility devices, not for someone to treat like their personal parking space. When the owner of the car finally came outside, instead of apologizing, she actually yelled that she could “legally park there because she’s the owner.” That is flat-out false and unbelievably entitled. Not only was her behavior rude, it was ableist—she completely dismissed the fact that her actions prevented a disabled woman from safely getting into the establishment right next door. This was my first time visiting this nail salon, and I came in for a gel pedicure. I was seated right away, which I really appreciated. My nail tech, Linh, was wonderful. She brought me hot green tea and fresh fruit to enjoy during my service, which was such a thoughtful touch. Linh was very thorough, kind, and attentive, and the entire experience felt calm, relaxing, and peaceful. It truly felt like a moment to unwind. I am so glad I finally found a place where I can come consistently for my pedicures. I will definitely be back.

Bill is amazing + always takes great care of me! Always gets my nail inspo down perfectly 🙂 He really takes his time to make sure you're getting exactly what you want. Would definitely recommend visiting if you're looking for a salon in the Fair Lakes area!
