Never coming back. I did not post the review before but strongly believe it’s going to be necessary for someone that is looking for a new place ( like me) to take care of their hair. I already message the owner and got the refund but It will take at least some months to have my hair back to the normal… for sure it won’t be soon. About 20 days ago I went for a simple hair cut and highlights and after some days my hair started breaking out; I got a chemical cut after highlights and it’s extremely frustrating. I do highlights for years already and never… ever had this type of situation. Not to mention the terrible hair cut with left side longer than right side; even after asking the hairstylist to fix it I left with my hair completely uneven. Have been to Kay a few times now and she has done an amazing job! I am not picky at all and have a hard time describing or even knowing exactly what I want. Somehow, she always kills it anyway. Also, love the yap sessions!

I absolutely love Northlake color lab. I saw Ashley today at the Lab and she did such an amazing job. She always does. Matching the photo I had shown her of what I wanted exactly to the T. This whole entire salon has such a great energy. Everyone’s so unique and kind and beautiful. I absolutely love Northlake color lab thanks to Ashley and the rest of the staff there. Kaitlyn Hughes did an amazing job on my hair. It was my first time as her client. she made me feel so comfortable & took time to talk to me about what I wanted & what I could expect from the appointment. Very clear communication & she delivered! My hair is gorgeous. She took her time & made sure to check in with me throughout the appointment. I’ve already booked my next appointment & one for my son. She is so talented & it was a joy to be in her chair.

Kylee was absolutely fantastic! She took me from a total blonde to an amazing red strawberry blonde. Everything looks completely natural and blended so well together. No streaks, just perfect blends. Had to leave early to go to work and Kylee stayed late so that I could come back and get my hair styled. Absolute perfection 🤩🤩🤩
