I chipped my middle nail I explained to them MULTIPLE times that I had Gel No dip He still proceeded to put a pink DIP and when I had number of the color for my nails he insisted that it wasn’t the right color and used 3 different shades. Didn’t even file my nail or anything just slapped the color on and said it “looked nice”

I have been going to Northwoods Nails for years because of the personal service and friendship of Tammy and Michael. I had never had that before in over 25 years with a nail tech. When I found out they had left I followed and took my business to them at Vanity Nails 2 on Evans Road. This new place is amazing and so happy for them!! They definitely know how to make their customers feel welcomed and have a great pampering experience!! Thank you Tammy and Michael!

I have been coming here for over 3 years and have grown to absolutely love Mike and his wife Tammy, they provide excellent service every single time, and truly care about their clients. Majority of the other techs there were rude, especially the owner, but never Mike and Tammy. You can imagine my suprise when I call to schedule an appointment with Mike as usual and the owner tells me “they’re on vacation, but still come in.” I ask when they will be back and she says “oh next month.” Luckily I decided to just not go because I would never in a million years trust anybody there with my nails besides them. This month is Pregnancy & Infant Loss Awareness month, my tech knew how important this was to me since my husband and I lost our baby boy stillborn in July. She did an amazing job, took her time and they turned out perfect!
