Julianna has been the best Aesthetician so far. She’s knowledgeable with an added personality plus. So I have the option of enjoying my facial with great conversation or actually falling asleep. I’m pretty sure I have even snored, but she tells me I didn’t to make me feel better lol. She isVery professional and Has a golden touch.

I've been coming to Nouvea spa for almost a year and their service is always wonderful. I had a facial by Juliana today that left me feeling brand new. 🙌🏼 She is a true artist and dedicated to her work! Her friendliness and positive vibe make for an amazing experience.

One of the worst facial experiences of my life here. I came in while recovering from being sick, hoping for a relaxing, healing service, and instead received a cold, unfriendly, and completely unprofessional experience. The aesthetician lacked warmth, care, and basic customer service. Wearing latex gloves the entire time completely ruined the experience — facials are supposed to be about human touch, relaxation, and skin connection. Plus the penetration of creams and product get diminished as the need for gloves made it feel clinical, impersonal, and frankly pointless. The aesthetician could care less about explaining what she was putting on my face ;toward the end of facial, she slapped an LED mask on me (no clue what it was until I opened my eyes and saw a red light ) then proceeded t

I started coming here to the med spa in October of last year. During this time, I have had lovely facials and body treatments. All the ladies of the spa are very professional and well knowledgeable.Juliana is my favorite. She is professional and very well knowledgeable in what she’s doing. In the year that I’ve done this I have lost about 20 pounds. I would recommend this to anybody.
